One To Globe LLC operates the Real Time Agent and RTA Film Studio brands, including films.realtimeagent.co. References to “RTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy mean One To Globe LLC.

We may collect the information you submit when requesting or purchasing a film, including your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, listing address or URL, project preferences, and communications with us.

We also process the listing photographs, logos, and other files you upload. Basic device, browser, and usage information may be collected when you use the site.

How we use information

• To prepare, produce, deliver, and support your requested film.
• To process orders, confirm payments, and communicate about production.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may use hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and production providers only as needed to operate and deliver the service.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law.

Uploaded property assets

Your uploaded photographs and brand assets are used to fulfill your project, maintain project records, and provide support. They are not offered for sale as standalone assets.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and required recordkeeping.
