Service operator

These terms govern services provided through Real Time Agent and RTA Film Studio. Both brands are operated by One To Globe LLC. References to “RTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean One To Globe LLC.

The service

RTA produces cinematic real-estate films and related campaign assets from listing photographs and project information supplied by the customer. The scope, format, resolution, revision allowance, and delivery included in an order are determined by the package selected at checkout and any written project confirmation.

Your materials and authorization

You confirm that you own or have permission to use and provide all photographs, logos, listing information, and other submitted materials. You grant One To Globe LLC the limited permission needed to process those materials and produce, deliver, and support the ordered assets.

You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of listing information and for obtaining any brokerage, photographer, owner, MLS, platform, or other approvals required for publication.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. Production may begin after payment and required project materials are received. Any additional work outside the selected package will be confirmed before it is charged.

Production and revisions

Creative direction is based on the selected package, direction, and submitted materials. Delivery timing may vary with project complexity, asset quality, customer response time, and revision requests. Included revisions are limited to those stated in the selected package or written order confirmation.

Final use

After full payment, you may use the delivered final assets for marketing the applicable property and your related professional services, subject to any third-party rights or platform rules. Drafts, internal production files, methods, and unused concepts remain the property of One To Globe LLC unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Service availability and results

We work to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific reach, engagement, sales, leads, or other marketing outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
